Job Description:

Fantastic opportunity to join an award winning, family run business on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. Varied role encompassing reception, customer service and accounts administration.

Duties will include:
•Front of house reception, greeting guests and customers, dealing with queries whilst offering a 5* level of customer service
•First point of contact on the telephone for enquiries and reservations
•Confirming reservations and completing all relevant administration and paperwork
•Responsible for all office administration using Microsoft Word and Excel
•Purchase Leger including data entry on to Sage, payments to suppliers, bank reconciliations and daily cash return
•Supervising 3 part time members of staff

The ideal Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:
•A friendly, warm personality and be passionate about providing a high level of customer service
•Self motivated, with exceptional organisational skills
•Previous experience in a customer facing administration role
•Knowledge of purchase ledger
•Good IT skills to include Word, Excel and Sage.
Monday – Friday 9am- 5.30pm
£14,000 - £17,000 depending on experience
