Job Description:


Great opportunity to join one of the leading suppliers of software in the South West. Working as part of a small team, key duties will include:

•Take and log front line support calls in CSM system, passing to relevant support staff
•Take ‘reception’ phone calls, meet and greet any visitors
•Open and distribute post
•Post cheques onto accounting system
•Banking cheques received
•Monitor and purchase office supplies
•Prepare, check and invoice monthly software contract renewals
•Deal with any contract queries
•Send new software licences to clients as contracts are renewed
•Process new orders from clients in the project system before passing over to the support team
•Raise sales orders on the accounts system for all project and billable work
•Process purchase orders
•Sending out mail shots
•General typing as and when required
•Printing and binding of proposals to clients
•Filing/archiving
•Preparing rooms for client meetings, arranging refreshment and lunch as required
•Booking training courses and hotel rooms for staff
You must have previous recent experience in an admin support role – ideally within a fast paced sales environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along good working knowledge of Word and Excel. Attention to detail is critical.
Monday – Friday 9.30-3.00 or 10.00 – 3.30 (25 hours per week)
£13,000 - £15,000 pro rata
