If you haven't heard already, Blue Chip Holidays have launched Owner Referral Rewards. It is our way of saying thank you when you recommend us to a holiday home owner.
Refer us to a holiday home owner and, if their property is suitable for our 4 and 5 star portfolio, we will pay you £200 in Marks & Spencer vouchers when their annual contract is signed.

Terms & Conditions:
1.The PROMOTER for the reward promotion is Blue Chip Holidays Ltd. The OWNER is the legal owner of a holiday property. The REFERRER is the person who notifies Blue Chip Holidays of an owner with a holiday property.
2.This referral promotion is in no way associated with Marks & Spencer Ltd. The Marks and Spencer vouchers that will be rewarded as part of the promotion have been purchased outright by Blue Chip Holidays. Use of the Marks & Spencer imagery is in accordance with their corporate gift voucher programme.
3.The £200 reward voucher will be sent to the REFERRER in the first week of the month following the month in which the new Owner signed the contract. Vouchers will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day), insured for the full amount, and Blue Chip Holidays will not be liable for lost vouchers. Vouchers are equivalent to cash and therefore cannot be cancelled in the case of lost/stolen vouchers. REFERRERS will be notified by email on the day that their vouchers have been dispatched and it will be the responsibility of the REFERRER to contact Blue Chip Holidays within 7 days if they have not received their vouchers so that the PROMOTER can pursue compensation from Royal Mail.
4.Only one reward will be issued per holiday property. If two REFERRERS introduce the same property to the PROMOTER, the reward will be paid to the first REFERRER.
5.Rewards will only apply if the OWNER is a new introduction to the PROMOTER. If the holiday property has previously been promoted by Blue Chip Holidays (or Blue Chip Vacations) in the past with the same OWNER, or if Blue Chip Holidays have already been contacted by the OWNER, then no Reward will be applicable. If the OWNER has purchased a property previously promoted by Blue Chip Holidays, the Reward will only be payable if the property had left the Blue Chip Holidays portfolio for longer than six months.
6.This Referral Reward promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral offer, and if an existing commercial referral arrangement is in place, the existing arrangement will take precedence.
7.Existing Blue Chip Holidays OWNERS can refer other OWNERS to join the Blue Chip Holidays portfolio and be eligible for this reward. All other Terms & Conditions will apply in this instance.
8.There is no limit to the number of OWNERS a REFERRER can make. £200 of reward vouchers will be payable for each eligible property referral.
9.Blue Chip Holidays (the PROMOTER) reserve the right to withdraw this referral offer at any time.
10.To qualify for the reward, the REFERRER must complete the referral form on the Blue Chip Holidays website prior to the OWNER contacting Blue Chip Holidays.
11.The REFERRER must have sought permission from the OWNER before providing the OWNERS contact details to Blue Chip Holidays. If this condition is not met, the reward will not be payable. Blue Chip Holidays reserve the right to inform an OWNER of the REFERRERS details. As PROMOTER, Blue Chip Holidays is not liable for any breach in Data Protection if the OWNERS permission was not sought by the REFERRER.
12.This referral promotion is not available to Blue Chip Holidays employees, their family members or their friends.
13.The reward will be payable in £200 worth of Marks & Spencer vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is the REFERRERS responsibility to use the vouchers within any expiry date.
14.The PROMOTER reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions of this offer at any time and REFERRERS should read the updated Terms & Conditions on this webpage prior to making a referral.
