Then this morning workshop is for you to explore and enjoy:
Yoga movements, stillness and practicises that gently stretch the body, ease the joints, relax the mind, and raise awareness of the health and wellbeing of body, mind and spirit to improve and maintain a balanced way of living.
Everyone is welcome, newcomers and those already familiar with Yoga.
