Description
COME AND JOIN IN ALL THE FUN

Ogwell's bi-annual Summer Fair takes place on Saturday 30th June 2012 from 12 noon.

Plenty of entertainment will be on offer for all ages on Ogwell Green and various other locations around the village

The day will kick off with a football tournament (on Pond Meadow) and our much loved Dog Show (registration for entries from 11:30 am). Following our canine friends, you can enjoy Ozzy D's Magic Show and Circus Skills workshop, music from Newton Abbot Community Choir, Canada Hill Community Primary School Choir and the Teign Valley Stompers.

There will be stalls and sideshows a plenty, how about trying your hand at emptying the bottle or batting the rat! Browse for a book, a plant for the garden or something for the home. Find out more about the village's history.

Relax with a drink from one of the three bars, enjoy the barbeque or maybe a cream tea at the village hall, where you can even take home a cake for Sunday. There will be fun for the children with hoopla, hook a duck, face painting, lucky dip and a bouncy castle to name a few.

Get all nostalgic with some candy floss, pop corn or an ice cream while you enjoy the atmosphere and marvel at the vintage cars on show.

Lucky programmes with all the details of the day can be purchased from the Fair Committee for only 50p with a £50 cash prize for the winning programme.

Don't forget to buy your tickets for the Ceildh in the evening!

This is a day for the whole village to relax and share in the fun, we hope you have a great day!

For further information see the posters around the village.
