Job Description:

Fantastic opportunity to work for a well established, well known brand. You will be handling calls, faxes and emails by retailers, end users and members of the general public to resolve technical issues. You will either provide them with the correct technical advice or organise the scheduling of a service call with one of the Service Engineers. 
This role requires the skill to resolve customer issues in a swift, successful and diplomatic manner regardless of the circumstances. 
You must have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. Be proactive and organised with the ability to work as part of a team. You should also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook, and have the ability to pick up new database programs quickly.
It is essential that you hold HETAS Certification (or suitable Solid Fuel experience)
Knowledge of heating appliances of all fuel types, their installation and servicing would be highly advantageous for this role.
It would also be useful to hold a Gas Safe Certification, a OftecCertification, or a Building Regulations Approved Document P Certification (electrical safety – dwellings).
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
£17,000 - £20,000
