Customer Service Advisor
Permanent/Full Time/Customer Service/A38 Corridor
£16,000 per annum
Do you enjoy being the first point of contact and have the resilience and humour to deal with the good and the bad?! As a full-time Customer Service Advisor for our client, you’ll also need to be motivated to meet targets, delivering a first class service where you respond to enquiries, take orders and resolve issues.
A great telephone manner is essential for encouraging and maintaining customer relationship while good written skills are also a must as you will be liaising with customers via email, post and fax too. Accuracy is a key part of this role as is the ability to recognise and exploit retention opportunities as you interact primarily with the company’s existing customer base.
A professional and persuasive manner will help you capture additional data, recognise and respond to issues according to company policy and maximise sales opportunities.
You’ll need to demonstrate that you can :
• input information quickly and accurately into a database
• work effectively in a busy environment
• effectively juggle and prioritise your workload
• work with others to produce the best results
• use Microsoft Office applications

Available with an immediate start for the right person, the office hours for this role are 0830 to 1700, Monday to Friday. The salary starts at £16,000 rising to £16,500 after 3 months and there are progression opportunities with this company too. You will need your own transport for this tucked away location off the A38 although there is free parking for staff.
