Job Description:

We are looking to recruit five customer service advisors to join an exciting mail order book company that will be based at Heathfield. You will be involved with the daily processing of high volume post and telephone orders. You will be energetic, well-organised and have the ability to work well under pressure in a busy and friendly open office environment. An excellent telephone manner is essential.

Computer knowledge useful, ideally Microsoft Office plus training will be given on a bespoke order processing and stock management system.

As the role involves processing orders received from a catalogue, a high degree of accuracy, good spelling, literacy and attention to detail are essential. It is also highly important that successful applicants have a clear speaking voice, patience and a confident telephone style as they will be dealing with the public by phone every day.
